Vendors listed on Linker360 are independent businesses. Linker360 does not endorse any specific vendor and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments made through the Linker360 platform are subject to our Refund Policy. Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Linker360, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Linker360 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Linker360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
